Benefit Administration Specialist

The Reschini Group, a multi-faceted insurance agency located in Indiana, PA, has an immediate, full-time Benefit Administration Specialist opening in our Employee Benefits Department to provide service and support for our group benefit clients. This position interacts with clients, insurance carriers, and department personnel and requires a professional demeanor. The duties of this position range from detail-oriented tasks to overall review and analysis of projects, which require problem-solving, inquiry and reasoning skills.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills who can adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail is a critical component of the job. This position requires a professional demeanor and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience working with health benefits, or administration of employee benefits is a plus. A strong customer service and/or project management background can also be a good foundation for this position. We are willing to train the right person.
