Our Personal Lines are administered by Michelle (Missie) Ruddock. Ms. Ruddock, who holds the designation of CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative), has nearly 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. “My goal,” Ms Ruddock says, "is to run the Personal Lines department as if my name were on the outside of the building. Superior customer service, and putting our clients’ best interests first, will remain our focus."
