Each Customer Service Agent has either attained or is working toward their CIC designation.

Many members of our staff have completed programs and attained professional designations such as Certified Insurance Representative (CISR), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Associate in Underwriting (AU), and Accredited Insurance Advisor (AAI).
