Experience and Expertise

The Benefits Department staff has over fifteen professionals licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The staff averages over 11 years of benefits experience.

Seven of our staff members have successfully completed the challenging requirements for the CEBS designation and others are nearing completion of the required courses.

  • Customer Service Agents – Our staff of experienced Customer Service Agents is ready to answer specific questions regarding your benefit plans. We will help you and your employees understand what is (and is not) covered, the claims adjudication process, who the plan covers, and other issues.

Consultants

Our senior staff members have extensive experience in many disciplines such as benefits administration and compliance, contract negotiations, human resource management, and budgeting and forecasting, to name a few. This experience was acquired while working in private and public corporations and at insurance carriers. Our breadth and depth of knowledge enables us to understand the issues and concerns most important to our clients.
