COBRA Administration is provided by Crown Benefits Administration, Inc., part of The Reschini Group.
Our services can include all of the following elements:
- Distributing required general (Initial) notice
- Providing Election Notice to qualified beneficiaries
- Providing Conversion Notice if and when required
- Collecting of required monthly premium
- Maintaining enrollment information if we also do the billing for the group coverage
- Providing customer service for qualified beneficiaries
- Providing assistance to the benefits staff of the employer regarding compliance and procedural issues
