- Quarterly Experience Reports (quarterly loss report, showing premium vs. incurred claims)
- Two-Year Diagnostic Summary (comparing two most recent periods, calendar or fiscal)
- Diagnostic Review to identify problem areas
- High-cost case analysis
- Case-specific review for problem areas
