Each client has specific interests and concerns, so our reports are customized to address those issues. Periodically, the client receives summaries of its healthcare utilization, including (but not limited to):

  • Quarterly Experience Reports (quarterly loss report, showing premium vs. incurred claims)
  • Two-Year Diagnostic Summary (comparing two most recent periods, calendar or fiscal)
  • Diagnostic Review to identify problem areas
  • High-cost case analysis
  • Case-specific review for problem areas
