The Reschini Group provides benefits consulting services in the areas of education, analysis, and communication in collective bargaining situations.

Education – Often an employer wants to encourage a philosophical change among employees from healthcare as an entitlement to healthcare as a responsibility. To assist with this process, we are often consulted in advance of the negotiations for education sessions with management and the bargaining units.
